1. Acceptance of Koşullar

These Kullanım koşulları ("Koşullar") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Marcel Salimovic ("Sağlayıcı") regarding your access to and use of the "MVM Vardiya planlayıcı" mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Koşullar. If you do not agree to these Koşullar, you must uninstall the App immediately.

2. License & Kapsam of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Koşullar, the Sağlayıcı grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.

3. MVM Pro Abonelikler

The App offers optional paid features known as "MVM Pro".

A. Payments

All payments are processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. The Sağlayıcı does not process payments or store financial information. The terms and conditions of the Apple Media Services apply.

B. Automatic Renewal

Abonelikler automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

C. Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Hesap Settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

4. YZ özellikleri & Disclaimer

The App includes an AI Assistant ("MVM-AI") powered by third-party technologies (e.g., OpenAI).

No Guarantee of Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). The information, summaries, or messages generated by MVM-AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should always verify the output before relying on it or sending it to others.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the AI's advice. The Sağlayıcı is not liable for errors in your shift planning caused by AI suggestions.

5. Veri koruma

Your use of the App is also governed by our Gizlilik politikası. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein, including the transmission of data for AI processing and iCloud synchronization.

6. Advertising (Free Sürüm)

The free version of the App is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The Sağlayıcı is not responsible for the content of third-party websites or services advertised within the App.

7. Limitation of Sorumluluk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

No Sorumluluk for Data Loss: The Sağlayıcı is not liable for the loss of your shift data, notes, or settings. You are encouraged to use the iCloud Backup feature (Pro) or regular manual exports.

Damage Cap: In no event shall the Sağlayıcı's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty euros (€50.00) or the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

These Koşullar are effective until terminated by you or the Sağlayıcı. Haklarınız under these Koşullar will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
