When visiting this website, technical data is collected automatically, including:

- Referrer URL

These data cannot be assigned to specific individuals and are used solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website.
2. Contact Form and Newsletter
If you send a message via the contact form, the following data will be collected:
- Name
- Email address
- Message text
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address will be processed in order to send you updates about MVM-APP.
Contact requests are processed via the form service Formspree used on the contact page. Newsletter signups are received via Netlify Forms. The data is processed solely to answer your request or to send the newsletter.
The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for contact requests and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the newsletter. Contact data is deleted once the request has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Newsletter data is stored until you withdraw your consent.
3. Cookies & Tracking
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies, no Google Analytics, and no other tracking tools.
This does not affect technically necessary processing when you actively submit a form.
