General Notes
The protection of personal data is important to MVM-APP. This statement informs you about what data is processed when you visit the website and make contact.

1. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
When you visit the website, technically necessary access data may be processed so that the page can be delivered securely and reliably. This includes:
- IP address, where possible truncated or anonymised
- Date and time of access
- Browser, operating system and referrer URL
- Pages visited and technical error data
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify processes technical access data for secure delivery and provides Netlify Functions and Netlify Blobs for the newsletter backend. More information: Netlify Privacy Statement.
To render its pages, the website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) and the animation library anime.js via the Cloudflare (cdnjs) content delivery network (Cloudflare, Inc.). When these resources are loaded, your IP address is technically transmitted to the respective provider, as the content cannot be delivered without this connection. No cookies are set and no analysis is performed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, fast and appealing presentation). More information: Google and Cloudflare.
2. Contact and Newsletter
When you contact MVM-APP by email or through the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and, where applicable, selected topic to handle your request. The contact form is transmitted through Web3Forms. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Newsletter subscriptions, confirmations and unsubscriptions are processed by MVM-APP’s own backend. Data is stored in Netlify Blobs; confirmation and newsletter emails are sent using Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). We process the email address, language, subscription source, timestamps, confirmation status and technically necessary shortened or hashed security data. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Subscription uses a double opt-in process.
You may withdraw your consent at any time using the personal unsubscribe link. On unsubscription, the email address is removed from the active mailing list. Resend may process data in the United States and provides a Data Processing Addendum including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: Resend Privacy Policy and Resend DPA.
3. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
Google Analytics collects the following data:
- Anonymised IP address (IP anonymisation is enabled)
- Pages visited and time spent
- Traffic source (UTM parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term)
- Browser type, operating system, device type
- Clicks on App Store links and CTA buttons
Data is stored on Google's servers, including in the USA. Transfers to third countries are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing and improving the website).
Opt-out: You can prevent data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

4. Cookies, UTM and Campaigns
Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
_ga— Distinguishes users (expires: 2 years)_ga_P6BPQ96T8L— Stores session state for GA4 (expires: 2 years)
UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source=instagram) are also stored in session storage for the duration of the session to identify the traffic source. This data only leaves the device as part of the GA4 transmission.
For purely functional purposes, the website stores settings locally in your browser (local storage or session storage). This includes in particular your chosen appearance (light, dark or automatic) and a note that the short intro animation has already been shown in this session. This information is technically necessary to remember your settings, remains solely on your device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. The legal basis is § 165(3) TKG 2021 (Austria) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (strictly necessary storage).

Within the framework of legal requirements, you have the following rights:

MVM-APP uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The connection to the website is SSL/TLS encrypted.
