2. Kapsam

These Kullanım koşulları apply to the Android app “MVM Vardiya planlayıcı” and all related features and content.

3. Service Description

The app is used to manage shift plans, shifts, notes, reminders, exports (e.g. PDF/ICS), optional share/sync features, as well as optional AI features and subscriptions.

4. Hesap, Login and Synchronization

Some features (e.g. MVM Share/synchronization) may require login. Users are responsible for the correct and lawful use of their account.

5. Abonelikler and Purchases (Google Play)

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing. Prices, durations, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Google Play terms. Cancellation is managed through the user’s Google Play account.

6. Free Sürüm and Advertising

Ads may be shown in the free version. Ads may be disabled with an active Pro subscription. Details about data processing are available in the Gizlilik politikası.

7. YZ özellikleri (Optional)

AI features are optional. When used, user inputs may be transmitted to technical service providers where required to generate responses. No such transfer takes place without required consent.

8. Permitted Use

The app may only be used lawfully and in accordance with these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• abusive, unlawful, or disruptive use,
• bypassing technical protection mechanisms,
• use that infringes third-party rights.

9. Kullanılabilirlik and Değişiklikler

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of individual features. The provider may further develop, adjust, or discontinue features where reasonable.

10. Sorumluluk

The provider has unlimited liability in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damage.

The provider is only liable for data loss if the user has taken reasonable data backup measures.

11. İçerik, veriler ve kullanıcı sorumluluğu

Users are responsible for the content they enter and share. The app does not replace legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

12. Gizlilik

13. Termination

Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. The provider may restrict or terminate individual features for important reasons, especially in case of significant violations of these terms.

14. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
